REFUND POLICY CLASSIC & 8U/10U LEVEL TEAMS: Refund Policy for Standard level Teams. Full Refunds** are issued if Classic or 8U/10U level player drops on or before Dec 31. If a player drops between Jan 1 and Feb 15, a refund of 50% of fees will be given. After Feb 15, no refunds will be given for dropping out (see exceptions below). ** Refunds are issued minus a small processing fee, about 5% of the total paid HIGHER LEVEL TEAMS (Select, Elite & Premier) To maintain the competitive integrity of our higher level teams, Registration Fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for fees paid except in the three circumstances / conditions listed below. If a player transfers to another club, or does not care for his/her team placement, coach, teammates, or changes his/her mind, or wants to drop for any other reason, no refund will be given. If a player is dropped by Wrexham for not paying registration fee by deadline or for a disciplinary matter, any fees paid up to that point will not be refunded. The following are the circumstances/conditions where refunds will be processed: 1) No Available Team - In the event Wrexham cannot place a player on a team, a full refund of deposit, travel fee, uniform fee and late fees paid will be issued. Tryout fees, however, are non-refundable. 2) Player Moving Away - In the event a player moves out of the west metro playing area, beyond reasonable commuting distance (reasonable to be determined by Wrexham), refund of travel fees will be issued if requested before March 30. Refund of uniform fees will only be issued if requested before Feb 15. No refund will be issued for tryout fees, $50-150.00 registration deposit and/or late fees in this case. 3) Serious Injury/Illness – In the event a player cannot participate and will miss season due to severe injury or illness, refund of travel fee will be issued if medical request is submitted before April 30. If request is submitted between May 1 and May 31, 50% of travel fee will be refunded. After June 1, no refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued for tryout fees, $50.00-150.00 registration deposit, late fees and/or uniform fee in this case. **Wrexham reserves the right to consider cases involving extenuating circumstances not covered above on a case by case basis.
